where would a good place to have a party be, preferably an empty field with no houses around so there wouldn't be any noise complaints
abandoned barns and stuff would work too
were not looking to rent it we just want to drink and have a good time without getting in trouble

There aren't any places like that left in the county. You gotta leave the area if you want to have an undisturbed field party.

The liberal take over of Fairfax county has turned it into a police state so it would be tough to pull that off in that county today.
We had the biggest field parties in ffxco in my day. One Halloween party near the lorton prison in the late 80's on a farm. I was in a band that played, massive kegs, about 1500 people. Chain bridge road got blocked and somebody hit a cop car so we got shut down. They sent the fucking helicopter out there. I was in the barn with a chick when the helicopter flew over and told us all to leave and we were yelling FUCK YOU at them it was great. I can still see the guy in the giant bong costume.
For small events with just a group of friends we would go to parks but they would probably put you in jail today. Just go to stabithas house.

I was at that awesome party. The first time the police came by and tried to shut it down because there was no alcohol permit. Then the guy showed them the permit. They left for a while and then came to follow people leaving the party.
We were laughing at the police and people were making jokes about the prisoners in Lorton having to watch the party from behind bars.
