"Chantilly's Adam Friday, the 20th-ranked Chargers' leading scorer, has been suspended for seven games for a violation of school policy, Coach Jim Smith confirmed"

Don't know what he did, but 7 game suspension. That is like 1/4 of a season give me a break. What about some celebrity justice.

It's a 30 day suspension from athletics, which is probably right when you say 7 games. Knowing the system, he was probably caught with alcohol at a party or something of that nature, and by rule thats a 30 day activities suspension.

Wow...an athlete being held accountable for his actions. Now that is something novel! How many kids were at parties with parents serving alcohol over the holidays where FCPD showed up and nothing happened? I know if at least three in the Robinson area.

He was probably doing heroin with Westfield kids.

A couple years ago a few of my friends from the bball team got caught drinking and missed only 3 games. 30 days is a marijuana violation. Alcohol is worse so it doesnt make sense why marijuana is longer.

Yea maybe it was marijuana. While one can argue alcohol is worse, marijuana is an illegal substance, so in legal terms marijuana is worse.

What? Marijuana is way worse than Alcohol. Marijuana is an illegal drug no matter who you are. Alcohol is not illegal (unless your're under 21) and everyone drinks.
