In a statement released In Aoril, police officials quoted the autopsy report, which stated that the cause of death was “excited delirium associated with physical restraint including use of conductive energy device, contributing: Schizophrenia and Bi-Polar Disorder.”

Who restrained her? Who used a conductive energy device?

See, not only is her department good at killing defenseless black women, it's good at making it look like an "accident."

I have not agreed with any of your assessments of Kincaid's ability and accomplishments as Sheriff Agent Smith. I do however agree with you about Bryan Wolfe. He is not only clueless about the Sheriff's Office but he ices that cake with a layer of hostility and arrogance. It is painful and cringe inducing to watch him thrash about. Kincaid is an incompetent narcissist but she is miles above Wolfe.
