Peer Review - Expedited Building Plan Review

I'm getting ready to start the permitting process for a 2000 sq ft retail business in FFX. I'm using an permit expediter and peer reviewer. Anyone have experience with a Peer Reviewer and what I should expect in terms of cost for their service?
