For all you right tards, that ramp is being built as a public improvement plan by a private company as part of their development. If the government were building it, it would be done.

Great response wingnut, but unlike your MBA ass, I actually build shit. I was the construction manager on two marquee bridge projects in Virginia in the 90s. What the fuck have you done to know how infrastructure procurement and construction works? I actually run a small business. Do you?

The roads around the CIT wouldn't be able to handle the additional traffic to go south on 28. I heard they were planning on extending Davis Drive from Sterling all the way to the mew station. That would allow them to run buses to the station from Dulles Town Center and Ashburn without using 28.
