They had an Ebola outbreak in the Magruders meat section. Just before it closed, one of the larger cuts of beef just upped and walked out of the store under its own power. It remains on the lamb. The CDC and NIH haven't greenlighted the storefront for occupancy since.

Not taking that bet. A salad fast food place, such as Chop't won't fly with families in Vienna.
That business will take up only about a quarter of the space of the old Magruder's (maybe less), which means that there is still space there for a mattress store, a bank, and a small express-style pharmacy--things that Vienna is sorely lacking in.

I've been to one of them in DC. They have several locations in DC and NYC. The line is out the door every day. These salads are very popular. I don't think they are going away anytime soon.
