Is it still considered reckless if you are going 58 on a 35mph road. The cop told my brother that all he would have to do is go to driving school. Is taht really all he has to do?

Legally it can be, but my experience says the cops won't charge it most of the time.

reckless is various speeds over depending on the base speed limit in the area.

People need to learn to use google or yahoo before asking questions that have been asked thirty times on this board already...
