She looks parked to me. You, on the other hand, clearly took this while driving. Pat attention and mind your own beeswax.

If the bus is park then why is the weight of the bus on the left wheel. Looks like she is making a turn. Humm bus 813 shouldn't be hard to track down.

I'm more concerned about if the buses will start in 30 degree weather.

Bus driver was likley looking at the route list. Not unusual.

From the picture you can see which wheel the weight of the bus is lying on?

Even if she is in park, it looks like she is blocking a crosswalk.

this incident happen on Wednesday in Lee highway and Waples mill she was not parked.....
