Does the Fairfax County jail force inmates to remove undergarments?

I heard from someone who was briefly arrested that he had to remove his undergarments (not the panties, just the top). He didn't get any explanation as to why and they did not search his body for contraband or anything. He was there in jail for about 5 hours and did not get to put all the clothing back on until he left. He said he got cold during that time because it was chilly inside. This seems very strange. Has anyone heard of this happening to anyone else?

Stacey Kincaid appears to believe everyone in there is some kind of terrorist, she does not care about basic human rights.

Vote the bitch out of office.

A guy is locked up wearing panties? Bet he was popular with the boys.

How many times in the 5 hours did he get his ass drilled?

You are only allowed to wear one shirt. A male's t-shirt is not considered as underwear.

And if you don't like it, then don't get arrested.

He ''got cold because it was chilly''? Did he expect to get warm because it was chilly?

That's what he said which no one could understand. It seemed to be a ploy to indulge the staff fantasies of looking at half naked men.

How can they redefine an article of clothing? Just as socks are worn on your feet but are not shoes, so underwear goes on your back or bottom but are not trousers or shirts. What is the rationale for this policy, and why are socks and underpants allowed but not undershirts? Does this just apply to mem? Are women likewise compelled to remove undergarments? If not, why not?

Only if the prisoners have skid marks, or worse, in their knickers.

Does this apply to Mormons and magic underwear?

What would happen if a male was wearing a one-piece undergarment, such as a union suit?

Given all the other crazy crap they believe, Mormons probably think that an unbeliever touching the sacred garments is struck by lightning. Kind of like the wicked witch touching the magic shoes in Wizard of Oz.

So what did the guy wear in his cell? If they left him his pants and his outer shirt, and just took his undershirt, so what? If they took more, it's not clear from your post.
