Has anyone seen this huge mansion that was recently built off of Pleasant Valley Rd. Across from the Pleasant Valley Golf Course.

I wonder who owns it? It's looking really nice!!!

I just searched real estate for that area. That land alone was listed @ $699k.

I was wondering this, too, it seems like they've been building that place for a few years now. It's kind of bizarrely built, too, doesn't really seem like a house but doesn't seem like a business either. Never seems to be any "move-in" type of activity around it, and there's very little landscaping that would suggest someone who's building what appears to be a multi-million dollar home would be moving in anytime soon. The land is still very scrubby, no fencing, no fancy driveway, no pool. Very weird.

I was thinking the same thing. The original poster said "recently", and I thought "If by recently you mean it's been under construction for 3 years!"

And I wonder the same things...

I live 5 minutes away as well, in South Riding, they've been working on the house for the past few years, but just recently they completed the project.

The owners of the house off of Braddock Road and the house on Pleasant Valley are brothers. They also on the Alto Plaza and are in the drywall contruction business as rumor has it.
