tell FCPS how to 'foster wellness' among students

Some PhDs and FCPS staff members will speak about "perfectionism and child and adolescent suicidality" - among other things - on May 9th at Hayfield at the 2nd Annual Community Conversation on Teen Stress: Fostering Wellness and Resiliency.

Let's pretend for a second that they wanted to listen.

What do we want them to know about how to foster wellness and resiliency in FCPS students?

sounds a LOT like the mindfulness thing with Tara Brach. How many of these do they need, and what are they costing us?
