You definitely came to the right place to ask this question.

It would probably depend on the circumstances surrounding the alleged incident. Was a cop trying to pull him over and he led them on a chase, or is it a trumped up charge from a pissed off cop? Was he an asshole about things, or is he just a victim of a corrupt legal system?

Also, please see me after class.

Inasmuch as I work for a law firm and given that your spelling and grammar are on par with my dick, I'd say that I HIGHLY doubt you've got the best lawyer money can buy. Maybe the best lawyer you can get with a fist full of WIC coupons. But I doubt you're shelling out bucks for Brenden Sullivan or Greg Craig or Vernon Jorden.

Police Seek Witnesses to Springfield Area Crash
Fairfax County Police are seeking witnesses to an incident that took place late Saturday night, December 20th in the 8300 block of Traford Lane near Rolling Road.

A crash occurred following a two-mile police pursuit which began in Springfield Plaza around 11:45 p.m. An officer approached a man who was urinating in the parking lot. When the officer attempted to speak with the man, he refused, got into his vehicle, struck the officer and fled the area in his 1996 Toyota Corolla.

The suspect traveled westbound on Franconia Road at a high rate of speed, without activating his headlights. The officer, who was not seriously injured after being struck, pursued the suspect and observed his vehicle strike a passing motorist’s car at the intersection of Greeley Boulevard. There was extensive damage to both vehicles. The suspect continued, skidded off the road at Carrleigh Parkway and it came to rest against the roadway shoulder.

The officer exited his cruiser and approached the suspect who abruptly backed his vehicle toward the officer. The officer immediately responded to the threat by discharging his weapon. The suspect was not struck. The suspect vehicle then sped away toward Rolling Road. It came to rest, after striking a tree, off a service road near Traford Lane. The suspect was apprehended there.

Zeeshan Sarwar, 30, of 5826 Booth Drive, Burke, was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital, treated and released for non life-threatening injuries. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and charged with DWI-felony, refusal to submit to a breath test and speeding to elude. Additional charges are pending further investigation.

The officer did not require medical treatment.

Detectives would like to speak with anyone who may have been in the area of Rolling Road and Old Keene Mill Road and witnessed the incidents.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Solvers by phone at 1-866-411-TIPS/8477, e-mail at www.fairfaxcrimesolvers.org or text “TIP187” plus your message to CRIMES/274637 or call Fairfax County Police at 703-691-2131.

That guy is no stranger to the cops. Looks like he upped his game from simple drinking games to running over people and into other vehicles while fleeing. He should be in jail for a good bit.

Oh, apparently theres no jail involved here, certainly not according to Gells when she made this statement, "im let you all know that he got the best lawyer money can buy so he aint gonna be in jail at all!!"

She sounds like a real jewel and I hope her dumbass husband rots in jail. Those two sound like they were made for each other. Since the police have in-car video I'm sure the tape will make for interesting viewing in court when he and his "high dollar" lawyer say he "didn't do it" or only ran because he was "scared."

Looks like this idiot did the same thing when he got drunk for his second or subsequent DWI back on 9/10/07 when he tried to elude the police yet again. I guess Einstein was right when he said the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results. What an idiot.

Yah, the courts love in-cruiser video. Hell the US Supreme Court was absolutely fascinated when an in-cruiser video was the focus of a personal injury case that made it t othe Supreme Court a year or two ago.
