You do realize that "global warming" is actually an average measurement of daily temperatures recorded worldwide and compared on an annual basis? Just because we are breaking records with low temperatures in the winter doesn't mean global warming is bogus.

You may want to educate yourself a bit on the subject.

Weather is NOT climate, except when it's unseasonably warm in the Winter and self-righteous libtards want to lecture us.

I can remember in high school in the early 80's learning about the coming mini ice age. All very dramatic and cataclysmic. Maybe this is it?

Technically one could argue we are still coming out of the ice age. Climate warming and cooling is nothing new on this earth. Our short time of record keeping cannot determine average global temperatures over billions of years.

Now show us evidence of a increase in global temperature from an actual weather/climate/non-left leaning source.

I wrote a paper on this a few years ago. "Global Warming"doesn't exist. If you look at the temperature trend by continent over the last 30 years there is no overall increase in temperature. If anything, climate change indicates a cooling period.

And, contrary to your assertion, last years snowier than average winter combined with this years drastically colder than average winter indicates a potential climate shift.

The U.N.'s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has decided that the cold affecting Virginia (breaking decades old records) is a hoax committed by "Climate Deniers".

The Washington Post printed a clown-article today on some village in Alaska proving Global Warming.

Remember, most "scientists" have recanted "Global Warming", preferring to go with "Global Climate Change". But the Post wants to go with Global Warming.

The fact that the Washington Post is still printing this garbage articles shows how 6-inches-in-the-asshole-deep the Post is in the Democrat Party.

Throw all this record cold in the mix and its Still warmer annually - that is saying something? Eventually the tribal denial of the science will age, wither and die - cannot happen soon enough...

This past summer was the coolest in my memory. Was this summer scorching hot in DC? It was goddam pleasant, must have been the fewest 90+ days in a very long time.

I almost forgot, almost no 90 degree days in August.

Summer of '09 was really cold also.

But when it's over 90, you can bet your ass they'll all be pitching a bitch and saying Al Gore is right.

LOL!

Mention Climate change and all the Right nuts come out of the woodwork like cockroaches. Bury you head in the sand and pretend it doesn't exist and the sea level isn't rising. Just like the morons who brought us the dark ages. Maybe you should burn some witches as well?

I guess all the measuring equipment is also part of a vast left wing conspiracy as well. Data doesn't lie.

You contards are dumber than rocks.

Can one say with ANY certainty that man is not having an adverse impact on the world's climate...maybe a permanent, lasting negative impact?

I would say probably not...or, that can be said with about the same certainty that man is in fact causing global warming.

So, both seem to be relative unknowns...who knows...

So, it would make sense to me to stop f**kin the world up if we can, 'cause we know for sure there is a short term negative impact.

Why not try to keep it clean...if not for the long term, for now?

I would want to err on the side of caution.

Air quality sucks a lot of places and I would love to see electric and alt fuel cars that are feasible and reliable. Nothing wrong with recycling and protecting the wilderness either.

But it's pretty easy to get skeptical with the moral panic tone that libtards take and the crass hypocrisy and profiteering that Gore and many of the greens are guilty of.

I agree. Just look at the air quality in china and other developing shit holes like India, it is pretty bad but on the flip side a few huge volcanic events can produce far worse climate changes.

What gets me is the blatant hypocrisy of the global warming alarmists. Not one of them has done anything meaningful to reduce their impact. Al Gore flies around the world on private jets. Moochelle takes separate flights for her many international vacations. The Bleeding-Heart Hollywood types live in huge mansions that consume enormous resources. Then there's the libtard masses flying and driving from around the country to attend protests, at which they litter and trash the host city. How could anyone take these assholes seriously?
