Fairfax wont see much more than 5 inches of snowfall at best. All hype from the bread man I mean weather man. The upper atmosphere is too cold for significant snow accumulation.

Weather.com claims 1-3 inches overnight. Why do they have a alert for the DC region for 6-10 inches?
I think Safeway is behind it. They could possibly be paying off the forecasters to get rid of their shelves full of spoiled and expired food.

I hate how we always get the lowest possible snowfall or even lower than predicted. Anywhere from 4-12 inches they said, and we literally get 4 inches.

Look at the radar. It's clearing in the west so this is about it. The bulk of the moisture slipped by to the south.
3.5-4 is the most we'll get.

Yep this was a "grocery store" storm. We haven't had many reasons for people to storm the milk and bread aisles in awhile so they decided it was time to overhype again.

The weatherman makes money everytime you go onto their website. Of course they are going to lie to get you hooked otherwise they would be out of a job. Of course they new only a few inches would fall but that makes for boring news.
