Freedom High School Construction-annoying and loud

What the hell is with all this god damn banging until 11 pm at Freedom High school in South Riding. The sound is driving me nuts. Who do I complain to? This crap needs to stop at 10 the latest.

Not sure how many high school sporting events run until 11 pm much less on a school/work night.

If you have a sound level meter you could determine if the sound level is above acceptable limits.
