DWI arrests on DMV or any web site

My friend told me that somewhere on the Va. DMV web site you can find out if someone has a conviction for DUI or is driving on a restricted license. I have searched but have not found anything. Is this info anywhere on the web. Thanks.

Hi Trickie,

Court records are public information.

You can run their name on the VA courts system website

http://wasdmz2.courts.state.va.us/gdcourts/caseSearch.do?index=index

Make sure you pick "Fairfax County general court"
