You don't understand young white girls from NOVA. She was not raised to be suspicious of everyone. She was a trusting, innocent, sweet, sheltered girl who got straight A's. She probably had seen him during her clinical training in the nursing program so she was friendly towards him. It doesn't mean she had a thing for him. She could have just been having a friendly hello type of moment (albeit while drunk) and he was clearly not what she thought he was. Even if she was into him, does this make the crime less heinous???? What's the point of posting this?

Could someone explain a timeline that makes sense for this?
She meets him for drinks, they obviously went separate ways after that because she was walking around lost and he wasn't walking with her, and her text messages say she is lost but don't mention being followed.
Is the theory that he just assumed she'd be walking around lost later, drove around until he found her and offered a ride, and did something with her then?

She was walking around looking lost before she went to the bar with him. It is apparently believed that she then got in his car and they drove off. However, Jesse's grandmother has said that Jesse told her that after they had drinks "they went their separate ways" and that she never got into his car. The reason "people addressing the fact Hannah Graham might have actually been into Jesse Mathew" is because is does not matter. Is is not a scandal or a crime to like somebody, and she was of legal age, consent-wise. Matthew, as an adult, should not have bought her drinks, and should have come forward before being identified by surveillance camera archives, and should have cooperated with police at any rate. A charge of contibuting to the deliqency of a minor would have been his only charge.

Matthews has also been connected by DNA to a Fairfax county rape. There seems to be a pattern of his DNA on rape victims.

Well, there is video evidence that he was the last person she was seen with, and she hasn't been seen since, and his DNA is connected to at least one rape and at least one murder, and he was accused two other rapes at two different colleges.
