John Foust's War on Women
Posted by: Kathleen Parker ()
Date: October 01, 2014 09:01AM

Washington Post columnist Kathleen Parker on John Foust's "ignorant, sexist remark": "A more recent example of a war-on-women event occurred in Virginia’s closely watched congressional race between Democrat John Foust and Republican Barbara Comstock. This time it was a Democratic male attacking a Republican female in, shall we say, the most clueless of terms. Lacking facts or finesse, Foust mused to an audience that Comstock hadn’t ever held a “real job.” Meaning, what, that she’s just a mom ?

Even if this were so, and it is not, why should Foust get a pass for such an ignorant, sexist remark?"

Kathleen Parker is just another deluded conservative mouthpiece. Even if there were footage of Barbara Comstock eating babies (and there might be), Parker would not be saying a single harsh or critical thing about her. You've got to dance to the tune the piper plays, after all. Meanwhile, Barbara Comstock's resume in fact includes zero instances of holding an actual job, unless you count professional slime-baller, corporate lobbyist, and hatchet-person for hire as actual jobs.

Barbara Foust has had several "real jobs"......What did Foust do to afford a $3++million dollar house? He and his wife give lip service to expanding Medicaid--yet she refuses to accept it as an ob/gyn. Dems talk about "war on women" yet tweet out that Comstock's polls would be 20 points lower if she were a man.......go figure? HYPOCRISY, thy name is Foust.

I think the question is: what has the person accomplished in that job? Foust raised taxes, raised taxes, raised taxes. He opposed the decision to allow contracts on Metro for non-union contracts, he voted to stop Silver Line because he wanted "below ground" at Tysons, etc.etc. What has he accomplished?

Republicans candidates are trying to paint themselves as "hard working American who were once poor."

The truth is the majority of the GOP candidates "Jobs" were stopping by Daddies business and saying hi. Maybe attending a cocktail party or BBQ where Dad's real employees kissed their ass because they were the owners kids.

You clearly have no fucking clue what you're talking about. Every Republican I know did not grow up rich, rather busted his or her ass to get a decent education and a good paying job. Some became rich and some just middle income.

Please check your facts before posting.

Every Republican I know has a sense of entitlement because they are trying too hard to exceed the expectations of their parents. They believe they can operate on a strategic level, never wanting to roll up their sleeves when the time calls for it. They are always painting a rosier picture than what really exists behind the scenes as they are sociopathic sales people of their persona or brand. They are preachers, yet don't follow their own rules for society and often thumb their noses down on others who are not white, Christian, minority-haters and they seem to always wear popped collars with sweaters tied around their necks like it's a symbol of status. They often portray that they have money and success, yet are highly leveraged to to point that they are one moderate market correction from default. That's the typical NoVA Republican for you. Southern Republicans are just one step below farm animals in the pecking order of status and their poor hygiene makes them hard to look at, let alone having the ability to construct a meaningful conversation with them about world affairs or anything outside of the happenings in their small hick towns, such as fire hall bingo or high school football games.
