All the literature says TO BE BUILT. If there's a house on that lot it's the teardown house. Those pics are drawings, pics of an existing house, or computer generated horseshit.
I can't imagine anybody buying a house in that range that wouldn't want it totally customized from scratch.

Ill tell you one thing you wont read about on zillow. It has a indoor shooting range. Harrison Design either built it or designed it and trust me did a awesome job. Im not into fancy stuff but you would be blown away if you could see the entire house.

If you look at the web site it says the house has not been built yet. If they find a buyer then they will start construction. I doubt that house will ever be built. Its really just a concept that the developer is suggesting because it will maximize his profit for the lot.

I remember a locksmith operation from a private house on Dulany Drive about 30 years ago, Was a wooded street maybe the same lot. Wow 1 million plus just for the lot. Be in the right place at the right time. Way to go!

No, that house you linked is on Balls Hill Rd, next door to the Dulany lot. The house on the Dulany lot is a rambler probably built in the 50's or 60's. I knew the family that lived there in the 80's/90's.

According to Zillow and Redfin, there is a 16,000 sf house there that was built in 2017 that sold on 8/25/20 for $3,200,000 not $32,000,000.
