I work from home at least one week per month. It beats having to drive from Annandale to Rockville every day.

You have to wonder if the increase in working from home is going to put downward pressure on office space leases. It seems to me that more and more people I know are working from home offices and since this area is heavy in knowledge workers that what we knew as the office will quickly become a thing of the past.

Anyone in the commercial RE industry that can shed some light on any trends with this?
