Monday will actually be fine as we're seeing temps in the 40s. It is late Monday night through Tuesday that the really low temps will occur. I've read different variations. Places like Dale City could be down to 4 (F). While places further out - Winchester, could be lower and even break 0 (F) and fall into the negative digits.
People who insist on leaving their cars parks outside on Monday night and Tuesday should buy some gasoline antifreeze and get it into their tanks. Batteries? A lot of them will be dead. AAA will be working some serious overtime on Tuesday.
