Springfield is the perfect fit for the FBI. Who owns the rail track rights between Quantico and Franconia Springfield stations?

Greenbelt is too far out. The new casinos in Oxon Hill are going to make driving across the Woodrow Wilson bridge a traffic nightmare.
If they put the FBI in Springfield it is already connected to DC via metrorail and connected to Quantico via VRE.
The rail track is already there. All metro needs to do is build the stations.
Andrews AFB is actually closer to Springfield than Greenbelt.

Greenbelt just seems way too far out and too much of a hassle to get to and from.
I have nothing against Maryland. I was born in Maryland.

The correct formula is:

Holder >/= FBI

Holder = Social justice for negroes

Greenbelt = Negroes

FBI + Negroes = Greenbelt
