I believe the OP was referring to the office staff, if not the doctor himself when he referenced spics and towel heads.
I happen to agree. Most office staff at Doc's offices seem to be people who've had just a little too much motivation to work daycare careers for the rest of their lives, but not enough motivation to actually pursue an actual medical career. I don't care if they're LPN or CNA. Most of these folks could care less about the welfare of their patients.
That said, I also know quite a few cock-asian office staff who are clueless assholes as well. It just so happens that the ratio of browns to whites in this area is pretty...poor.

Correct, I don't care the race of the doctor. Just the staff. It's always a spic that barley graduated high school and has an attitude.

Look into conceierge practices. They charge a fee to use the practice but that means they hire more educated, responsive staff and limit the number of patients they accept. It'll cost you, but at least you won't have problems understanding the person who answers the phone and you won't be placed on hold for ages or forced to navigate an endless phone maze when you're not feeling well and just want to schedule an appointment.
