LCPS School Riding on the Dulles toll road

Today at around 1pm bus number 208 LCPS was on the Dulles toll road are we paying for that? Why cant the bus driver take another route?

school buses, police county/government vehicles do not pay tolls on toll roads. Doesn't cost you a dime. If it is the quickest/best way to get somewhere it saves you fuel money.

This is total baloney, my wife drives a schoolhouse for the county and the county pays for it.

Your wife if confusing record keeping with paying. They keep track of all the public vehicles so that they can account for the toll gate opening vs fees collected.
