Had to call the cops on some kid at the Walmart parking lot looking into car windows. Couldn't snap a pic, he saw me and then ran.
Young black male, white T, black with red shorts. Small goatee pretending to be on his phone.
Hope he gets caught.

Gee...Yopu are a grown adult and you don't know that WALMART is crime central in any town? I mean all the hookers, robbers and meth heads have to hang out someplace.

I've run into panhandlers in the Walmart parking lot, the last one I encountered was white.
