there is already a law against huge awards by juries made in the 1990's

political families had "found a hole" and were burrowing into structuring suits and ripping off taxpayers with huge jury awards they planned endlessley: esp in NJ and NY et al

a law was made against any county court and jury making major awards. it's there just check. it's also in the AO instructions to judges (meaning judge can be fired for failing to apply - your fired).
