Saw this in the Oct-2008 WASHINGTONIAN Magazine.

This guy has run the website since 2006, non-profit, to catch bank robbers in our area.

It covers MD, DC, and VA. In the article they ranked the DC Area counties by how many bank robberies had occurred, i think in 208. If someone has that issue, can they post the list here.
