November 12th, 2008, a burglary occurred in the 7300 block of Langsford Court. A Large flat screen LCD television, A Gateway Laptop, An iBook Laptop, approx. 200 DVDs, and assorted items (cash, jewelry) went missing from this residence between the hours of 9 am and 12 pm. They gained access by acquiring a ladder and coming through the deck door, as all other doors had been locked. They fled in what was described as a smaller blue/green car that had been backed into the drive way. Suspects are Joseph C Stazzone, 24 and Daniel "Squirrel" Worsley, 30. Their connection to this residence is believed to be through Krystin Victoria Franklin, 18, who had not but 5 days before been expelled from this residence.

Recently, on December 18th, 2008, another burglary occurred at this residence. Another large flat screen LCD television, a brand new MacBook computer, and a Samsung Computer Monitor/Television was stolen from this residence between 11:45 am and 12:30 pm. Victim was in the house when this happened, but was not harmed, nor saw anything. Suspects gained access through front door, as there was someone currently in the house when the burglary occurred.

These people are believed to be dealing heavily in narcotics, and more than likely pawned the stolen items.

Krystin refused, so then my mother kicked her out. And she wasn't dating that dude.

Listen, I'm really trying to get some information on these people. This has been extremely nerve racking for me and my mother, and we just need to get these people behind bars. We don't feel safe in our own home. I implore that everyone drop their attacks against me and my mother and only post on this if you have information or something constructive!

In case you're wondering who these people are, Joseph C. Stazzone aka Joey was Krystin's drug dealing ex-boyfriend and Squirrel is a heroin addict of longer than 5 years.

If they pawned the stolen items, there's only about 10 pawn shops in the area. Go shopping and buy your stuff back. Once Squirrel and Rabbit realize the stuff is back in your home, they'll try to steal it again for the 3rd time.

Your stuff may have gotten pawned, but really, you got pwned.

Really, I'm no fan of Facebook or MySpace. I think they compromise one's identity and security. I'd just consider it a warning to you or anyone else who reveals information about themselves in a public forum, especially using the same exact screenname as in other forums. You've got to be careful out there, especially if you flame someone in a public forum absent an offical police statement or conviction. Clearly, this Joey person seems unstable. Your original post should have omitted any personal accusations about real persons. If they had the funds to hire an attorney and could prove damages (say, if they lost their job over your accusation and could prove it, although difficult), then they could sue you for libel. The only way you would be off-the-hook liability-wise is if the police declared these people as persons of interest in an official public statement. I understand that you want justice, but I'd let the police do their jobs as you could have compromised non-public details of their investigation. Good luck, and try to work on that sense of humor of yours.

Oh, and I shouldn't have to tell you the obvious, but get those locks changed, have a good security system installed and lock your doors and windows at all times.

How do you know that the alleged suspects weren't questioned? How do you know that a search warrant or warrent of arrest wasn't issued against either person? They wouldn't publicize this information to you because perhaps you're a suspect yourself. Think about it. You have one thing that 2 of 3 do not have. Access.

It took me 2 months to evict him. Once he was gone, I changed my locks and moved on.

Trust me, you don't want to get into a pissing match with people on this site about who's dealt with more traumatic stuff than whoever else. There are people here who have children who have been seriously injured or are handicapped, there are people here who are caring for loved ones with stage IV cancers.

There are people here who have actually dealt with real "drama", not this simple drama in your head. So someone broke into your house. So your mom is afraid that they are going to come back in the middle of the night, Clockwork Orange style, and kill everyone in the house. But that's all in her and your head.

For one thing, the former is a civil affair, the latter is a criminal affair. They have entirely different bases of proof and in the matter of civil, a requirement that there be damages of some sort.


As per your remark about RESton Peace antagonizing magmaswank, that's irrelevant. It doesn't matter why you threatened to kill someone, a threat is a threat. I can stand right in your face all day calling you a dick and every other name in the book, make jokes about your mother, your sister, your entire family, and you would never be justified to threaten or commit violence against me.

He never made any references to doing bodily harm to her, obviously she has violent tendencies or fantasizes about violence.


§ 18.2-60. Threats of death or bodily injury to a person or member of his family; threats to commit serious bodily harm to persons on school property; penalty.

A. 1. Any person who knowingly communicates, in a writing, including an electronically transmitted communication producing a visual or electronic message, a threat to kill or do bodily injury to a person, regarding that person or any member of his family, and the threat places such person in reasonable apprehension of death or bodily injury to himself or his family member, is guilty of a Class 6 felony. However, any person who violates this subsection with the intent to commit an act of terrorism as defined in § 18.2-46.4 is guilty of a Class 5 felony.

2. Any person who communicates a threat, in a writing, including an electronically transmitted communication producing a visual or electronic message, to kill or do bodily harm, (i) on the grounds or premises of any elementary, middle or secondary school property, (ii) at any elementary, middle or secondary school-sponsored event or (iii) on a school bus to any person or persons, regardless of whether the person who is the object of the threat actually receives the threat, and the threat would place the person who is the object of the threat in reasonable apprehension of death or bodily harm, is guilty of a Class 6 felony.

B. Any person who orally makes a threat to any employee of any elementary, middle or secondary school, while on a school bus, on school property or at a school-sponsored activity, to kill or to do bodily injury to such person, is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

A prosecution pursuant to this section may be either in the county, city or town in which the communication was made or received.

Like I said, if RESton Peace chose to make a claim that he believed this threat was real and tangible, and had reason to believe, however dubious, that she could or might follow through, the police would have no choice but to make an arrest.

Maybe one of these nuts got the address confused.

The burglaries happened in Springfield and the murders were in Dale City. I guess it could be a coincidence that a house gets robbed and then people get murdered 15 miles away in a different county.

and
7300 block of Langsford Court

both end in 00 and the name of the street is identical

Last time I read about heroin dealers, they are not the brightest people-particularly when they are high on whatever crap they are using.

Homicides are pretty rare in this area. The crime in Dale City seemed kinda odd. The woman was a chorus director in the local high school-why would someone randomly storm into her house and kill her and her college age son?

Langford and Langsford are identical? I think the word you were having trouble coming up with was SIMILAR.

BTW, your reading comprehension obviously needs a little work, too. 13600 Langford court is an address. 7300 Block of Langsford Court is an area, not an address.
