Had lunch in there, had the shits for 24 hours straight. Never again. The service sucked too.

Saigon City is actually among the better places in Springfield, not that this is saying much. I'm surprised that you got the shits from there, but every restaurant has its moments perhaps.

That place has been in business for years, and packed for lunch/dinner.

It's a dirty place. They only shape up when the health department sweeps through, then back to their disgusting ways. You're lucky you didn't end up in the hospital.
