Help Needed ! Grand Larceny Over 250K !

Hi, I need your big help people.

I was arrested for Grand Larceny Over 250K. Complaints filed Civil Claim and Criminal Claim.

Tried to work with my civil attorney for the past 10-months (finished deposition, and the complaints even offered to negotiate), but did not work out.

After the complaints found out I filed bankrupcy, went on with the Criminal Claim.

I have no money to hire a criminal attorney, but I also do not fully trust Provono (a court clerk told me i might get a good attorney, if i get lucky).

1> Whom do you recommend best for the criminal case (Specially Grand Larceny) ?

2> If I hire one, what would be the next step ? What should i expect to happen ?

3> Just like everyone, I am innocent, but in a part, yes, i did something wrong. How should I tell / admit that i did something wrong, but not benefitted from it.

4> Is there any way to work it out with the judge, reducing it down to misdeminor or any chance of class dismissal ?

** Thank you for your time, Please, help **

You don't have to have benefited from a crime in order to be found guilty of it.

Let's say I give a receipt for a big ticket item that I purchased to a friend who "found" or stole the same big ticket item, so that he could return it for a cash refund. I don't "benefit", but I am guilty of at least conspiracy to commit fraud or something like that, or am guilty of the actual crime of fraud.

You can't work it out with the Judge. Only the Commonwealth's Attorney can decide whether or not to reduce the charges, and they won't even talk to a citizen for some reason, you have to have a lawyer in order to plea bargain. And in that situation, it means that the CA cares more about his future employment opportunities when talking to your lawyer, so hire a lawyer from a firm that all the CAs want to eventually work for after their two or three year stint at the CA's office.

Its complaintants not complaints and its Pro bono, not provono. Also you committed a crime and admit it here, but in the same sentence claim your innocent? So because you didnt benefit from stealing $250K you dont think you should be held accountable and accept the punishment? Am I reading that right? Wow.

just lay low - if you never do it again you have a decent chance of getting away with it.
