What do I do when a stop light is out or flashing?

Do I:
A - stop at the broken traffic light and treat it like a four way stop sign
B - haul ass through without touching the brakes
C - stop and then randomly punch the gas whenever is least appropriate
D - sneak through the guy who did answer A from above, cause it vicariously makes it ok for me too.

Try reading the Virginia driver's manual for the correct answer. I believe it is now published in 43 languages as well as Braille. No one misses out, insurance is optional

It all depends on the unwritten rules of Northern Virginia road entitlement.

Start with a base score of 0.

Large SUV or full size double cab pickup truck add 25 points.

If you a white FFX county resident add 25 points.

If you are a U.S. Government Federal employee add 50 points.

The higher your total score the more you are entitled to drive as you see fit regardless of public safety concerns or Virginia traffic laws. Basically a get the fuck out of my way; I am entitled approach...
