Marijuna plea bargain

Hey i just wanted to know if you guys think its possible to get a plea bargain on a posession of marijuna if its my first offence without getting my lisence suspended.
I recently got caught with .1 amount of mairijuana and cooperated with the cop which i shouldnt have and now im most likey will be guilty of this charge because of cooperating. He pulled me over becaue my lisence plate was expired by one day. So before my hearing i would have completed 25hours of community service and completed drug counseling. Is it possible because of this the judge can drop my charge down to driving with expired tags and just give me a fine? I have a lawyer but he just told me to do 25hour of community service and drug counseling. Are most judges/prosecutors in fairfax just want to mess with your life or do u think they will spare me an oppurtunity. I really dont want to go throught the 251.

Big 300lb Bubba nigger in ADC does not care if you did 25 hours of community service, drug counseling or you really don't want to go through a 251. Yes, possession of such a little amount can easily be plea bargained and dropped. Most cops don't want to bust people for pot anyway but if it is obvious then they have too. You must of reeked of pot.
There are people who have been caught with pounds and they've plea bargained out of it.

For the record that small amount of pot is misdemeanor in VA. Now if that had been cocaine you would of been fucked and facing 20 years.

Will your opinion change when pot is legal in VA? Just about every state is starting to make pot legal now.

2 out of 50 (for non medical) is not almost every state....Virginia will be one of the last states to legalize weed...

Personal anecdote no one cares about time.
I was driving and got pulled over for an illegal turn. Car REEKED off pot, but I cooperated with the cop. I had expired license plate too. I was facing illegal turn, expired license plate ticket and marijuana possession. Since it was very small all he said was to destroy my vaporizer and ecig and I will be let off with only a ticket for expired license plate. At the very end he said "don't smoke in your car next time. I'm not condoning it, but at least go smoke in the forest or someplace else"
This was about two months ago.
