Just small fire in an oil barrel. They let the hobos finish cooking their tacos and let it burn out on its own.

The dispatch all those units to justify their purchase and staffing.

Probably a fender bender in the parking lot. We all know how the fire department loves to block traffic for unnecessary reasons.
