You might think so but its a good getaway choice. Once they make it in the car the police cannot or will not stop them. The police have learned from Springfield Mall. Also, Springfield Mall was surrounded by a neighborhood that was blighted and going downhill. You can't compare the Springfield interchange area to Tyson's. Those people in Springfield didn't have to take a metro to get to the mall---they walked there! The stores were catering to the needs of the neighborhood (Target, etc.). Springfield is not Tyson's.
