Jury Questionnaire
Posted by: Civic Doodie ()

Just got a FFX County jury questionnaire in the mail. It says I need to confirm my information on the site within 10 days. What if I don't?

You can be arrested and held in contempt of court.

You'll get a summons to go complete it in person. Don't be a pussy. Just do it.

I got the questionnaire last too.

It only takes a few minutes to fill it out online. After that, you will most likely never hear from them again.

You can be fined.

they probably don't even have a trial for you to attend. they're probably just hoping you don't respond so they can fine you.

don't give them any personal info dummy. could be a scam

the government has your info. they can't ask for info by mail where you send it back. or by internet form.

personal info in court docs is SEALED. and it goes to the court clerk directly or by official court couriers. not done by questionaire!

If you don't vote, you have no right to complain about the government.

"If you don't vote, you have no right to complain about the government."

WRONG. votes not submitted are assumed by the representatives which are to be taken in good faith to be the need and will of the citizens prevailing for their area, where there are missing votes

both representation and taxation must be direct, ie, not misdirected by some for a group for profit

if the judge instructs you, he's supposed to

if the prosecution "instructs you" with legal material saying you may be sued if you do not vote a particular way, material that limits how you choose, material you think the judge did not review and ok, or if you got nothing from the judge

tell me.

it's highly illegal however recently some prosecutors have been doing it

i'd love to catch on in the act in the area

Ad quaestionem facti non respondent judices; ad quaestionem legis non respondent juratores - The judges do not answer to a question of fact; the jury do not answer to a question of Law.

You are very gullible and stupid. You need to start listening to people who are smarter than you. You should also try to understand what a grand jury is before you post about it.

a good judge uses the jury to determine if a preponderance of circumstancial evidence is sufficient as fact. as opposed to red handed evidence which no one disputes.

use of jury to choose what law applies is idiocy, since obviously a jury is not a legal body, it would be unfair to the defendant

especially unfair to the rights of the defendant , which the judge owes to protect foremost

supposedly a judge does that

however today we see many judges suck down allot of pay and say nothing at trial and let the jury do everything. hmmm. is that not a dangerous idiot?

next question:

why? why did Rome and many lawbooks since write that down as law and how the courts should work?

answer a question instead of emitting grade-school insults. try it.

Thanks for the link... Except that the FAQs don't answer the OPs question. Dumbass.

I have the questionnaire in front of me. It says "Failure to return a completed questionnaire online or by mail may result in your being summoned to complete the form in the Circuit Court Clerk's office."

So presumably you never complain about anything happening in the County/State/Country, right?

assume they mean EXACTLY that

however. suspect legal mail as possible fraud. don't include any personal information. if you do insure you deliver it to the clerk of court only.

and if ANYONE gives you false legal mail: it's probably a lawyer. too many cases of that found and deliberated. that's one big reason they use legal couriers.

if you have the idea anything marked "fairfax county" can't be a scam or that a lawyer won't scam you

read some legal news

Learn to read, dipshit...

2.Do I have to respond to the summons to Jury Duty?

Yes. The summons to Jury Duty is an official court summons. If you do
not respond, you could be found in contempt of court!

Too bad that question refers to summons for jury duty; it's NOT referring to responding to the jury questionnaire. They're two completely separate things. Fuckface.
