A 22-year-old Fairfax man was charged with speeding to elude, driving on a suspended license, and improperly mounted license plate.

The Fairfax County Police Department reports that at 3 p.m. Wednesday on I-66 and Sully Road, police tried to pull over a motorcycle, but the motorcyclist sped away. A helicopter came into assist, and police arrested Eric Eberhardt in the incident.

Speaking of usual antics, I have -never- seen a motorcyclist split lanes in traffic except for cops with their lights flashing, and I drive for a living and am on the road all day every day so I'm reasonably certain that I would have seen it happening at some point in teh 20 years I've lived here. Yet I see you posting this same crap in every thread that is even slightly related to motorcycles.

Unless you can provide photographic or video evidence of this behavior, I say that you are a liar and I will make a point of calling you a liar in every thread I see you post.

lolz. I just happened to drive by him as he was being arrested and a helicopter was still overhead. I was shocked to see he was a african american, typically they always pull over ya know.

How stupid do you have to be or how bad of luck do you have to have to get caught on a motor cycle?

You're telling me this guy couldn't get away from the cop, they had time to radio a helicopter, and they were able to respond, fly to the general area, and find the guy.. and then pull him over? Either the guy is a super idiot or the heli-cops just happened to be real close by.
