Your analysis is mostly correct. The LB game was an anomaly - for whatever reason in the second half of that game the officiating decided to make an example out of Westfield and killed every drive they had in the second half.
I dunno know, Westfield's punting game has been atrocious this year and their punt/kickoff returns have been weak. I think they have muffed or fumbled a return almost every game this year.
I do still see Centreville as the team to beat regardless of whether or not they have Turner back. Without Walter at QB though they will not be at the same level as last year.

I agree with you about the punting game, but most of it is self inflicted, Scoville is not the punter, their TE is. But they like to run that punt where Scoville rolls out to his right and either runs it or punts it depending on coverage and distance. When the TE punts the ball their pretty spot on in regards to a quality unit.
Westfield's return units have lost a little edge in dynamics, mainly because Pearson is no longer on the team. They have plenty of candidates, they just seem to be muddling around as far as who their top guys are.
Centreville is still the team to beat because they are the defending champions, have tons of talent, and are well coached. But as I stated, Westfield has a ton of talent, maybe not the number of individual stars that Centreville has but a lot of solid ball players, and are also well coached.
Should be some great football the past few weeks, if Centreville gets all their players healthy, Westfield continues to play solid and improve each week the way they have since the LB game, both will be a challenge for whomever they play. No disrespect to anyone else out there but I'm just basing it off having watched a good number of these 6A teams play via Gameday Magazine and looking at their schedules.
