First, The Supreme Court has ruled it is ok to give public school authorities the green light to conduct random, suspicionless, drug testing of all junior and senior high school students wishing to participate in extra-curricular activities.

And pay particular attention to the last part which says:
For those who worry about the “Big Brother” dimension of drug testing, it is worth pointing out that test results are generally required by law to remain confidential, and in no case are they turned over to the police
And on a personal note, as the parent of a teen-age daughter you should learn to
a) Keep her away from this site - we are after all "criminals helping criminals"
b) Learn to use Google.
