What the fuck is it with this area and the practice of holding up the line at the gas station for lotto tickets?
If you don't have enough money so that you need to play scratch tickets, playing scratch tickets isn't the answer.
Stop ordering 10 different "picks" and get the fuck out of the line so I can buy my coke and gum so I can get the fuck out of there!

The Niggs are the worst violator of this niggerdom. I was in line and I shit you not, The fucker bought $160 worth of scratchers, and a 40oz. Fucking guy was getting five of each ticket.
I thought the sandy behind the counter's head was going to explode. The line was about 20 deep waiting.

The Virginia gov't in conjunction with the belief by quite a few, that they literally are going to win loads of money. That's how. Plus the retailers that do sell the rare winning ticket, get a cut of the proceeds.

I like to think of it as a section 8 casino.....same thing at Shopper's .....loitering around the scratch card machines...buying tickets....scratching....redeeming....repeat...... if the SNAP cards start working on those things, someone will have to start walking around offering drinks and smokes...

The scratch ticket buys arent the worst. The WORST are those fucker (usually niggers) that are playing 18 different combos of numbers for 10 different drawings. It takes forever!
Then after handing over a $100 or so, they walk out and get in a clapped out barely running Ford LTD with 500,000 miles on it.

I dont normally buy a powerball but when i do I get it at the self serve in a grocery store. Whats two bucks to waste, wont even buy you a gallon of gas so why not.
