The Oneida is a small tribe of around 1,000 trying to shake down Snyder. They had a conference at a hotel in Georgetown which cost around $25K about a month ago. They deal in litigation, profiting from PC bullshit drama, suing anyone where they can make a buck. Mainstream media could report that and expose them in a hurry but they won't as this drama is worth more to them as another good story to distract some odd million from more important issues, such as the failure and issues of Obama LlamaCare.

Here's what will happen. -

a) Sneaky Snyder will pay off the Oneida and they will walk away having signed something that they'll shut the fuck up.

b) The payout the Oneida will demand won't be worth it to Sneaky Snyder to keep the name, so he'll change it. Especially if he fears other tribes/organizations seeing and this and following suit.

I would hate to see the name change, but if it does, so be it --- ONLY IF it is something totally original, kickass, and agreed upon. Not some stupid shit like the warriors.
