I read a lot of you guys on here have millions so i thought this would be a good place to start. Section 8 vouchers are also accepted with the new Obama plan. Your friends will only be a few hundred yards away in the apartments behind your new home.

How about the house 2 doors down with the unobstructed view of the community swimming pool?

Section 8 is only good for renting. But the seller may want to change from sell to rent in this down market. I am sure Sharon Bulova would be interested in the county buying this unit. Could cram several hundred people into that place.

Such a huge house on a tiny plot of land. Completely disproportionate despite the lake view.

Pro spend all your waking moments chasing the illegals out of the lake from fishing and taking baths right outside your window.

I have a friend who lives in the Condos directly on the other side of Columbia Pike. The building itself is fantastic, but that surrounding area, especially the area DIRECTLY BEHIND this property, is extremely hit or miss.

I mean just like the majority of areas in the D.C. area, you'll have new construction family homes ranging in the $600s, then literally have a row of shacks and ethnic food markets surrounding these properties.

Last county assessment was just over 2 million, not sure if they includes the boat house. I wouldnt think a boat house and dock would add three million dollars to the value. I think it is way over priced in this economy.

I imagine if you are to show the home you blindfold the potential buyers as you get close to Baileys Crossroads. Then when you arrive at the home you remove the blindfold.
