Puppy named Rachel missing in Fairfax

Just a heads up....Fairfax Patch is on it. Story to be up in a few hours. I just hope Crosspointe Animal Hospital doesn't find Rachel first.

Im sure someone's front bumper will find her first. Hope the owner is charged with having an unrestricted dog.

IIRC it wasn't the owner who let the animal escape. It was the Vet's office.
