Lavaar & Dukes: Remote Broadcasts

I find Lavaar and Dukes barely listenable. It's obvious that Lavaar thinks he's gods gift to broadcasting (and everything else for that matter) and Dukes (by far the more DJ-talented of the two) just seems to be going along for the ride because he has no other employment prospects. But I find their show completely unlistenable when they do these weekly remote broadcasts. They sound like they are talking through tin cups and there's always background noises that are annoying. Why do they continue to do these? Do they think doing remote broadcasts are radio-genius or cutting edge? Are people really entertained when they do them?

They need to do remotes so the Teacher's Pet Marcus From College Park can bring his cakes to give to the guys...
