Fairfax Underground
Welcome to Fairfax Underground, a project site designed to improve communication among residents of Fairfax County, VA. Feel free to post anything Northern Virginia residents would find interesting.
I got busted few times in california for selling to under cover cop, some bullshit charge that was later dropped. just recently, i almost got busted again in DC trying to sell to undercover, i knew there was something suspicious about this foo. so i never bothered with it. does fairfax has any undercover cops? what they look like, give me any info u got on 'em jokers. is there any behavior i need to be watching for when i am dealin' with undercover.

Yeah, you'll know they are undercover because they have this strange habit of handcuffing you and reading you your rights.
McDonald's is always hiring. If you're selling weed or meth to total strangers, you really need to get out of that line of work because only fatherless children are stupid enough to sell drugs on the street, and they all eventually end up in prison.
If you're going to sell weed, only sell weed to your friends and people who your friends introduce to you.
I haven't smoked in a long time..I feel the what people ingest is for the most part their business and that how much some people complain about drug laws- they are NOT geared to harrassing the casual consumer, unless that "casual consumer" is dumb enough to 1) get a traffic offense or another charge while holding 2) be blatant and consume in public...
"Homie"- you are a FOOL and the perfect profile of the person that should be in jail. If you are selling contraband unsolicited to strangers, I am sorry but you deserve any grief you get. You are a punk for asking strangers on a web forum for advice on this. Get an f---g job or move back to California- that socialist welfare state deserves your kind........
You are the kind of jerk who styles himself a "straight-up gangsta/ renegade" but when the law gets you, you either snitch or cry about being a "political prisoner" or both...
ha yeah dude, you should know not to say anything about drugs to these fools. they'll just rip you apart. recently the police have been concerned about harder drugs around here so the pot trade is still well and good. just dont be an idiot about it. and dont sell to strangers dude.. come on

We have , asian, black, white, hispanic, male , female working as undercover ...
but they all have 1 thing in common .... DONUTS .. the love of DONUTS is among us
from experience if your dealing with a person you dont know,
ask them if their a cop, if they are they must tell you, and remind them that its entrapment if you dont tell me.
and then you should ask name, and if they dont have a good knowledge of bud, and shit like that or whatever the drug is, they could be a cop, but they come in all shapes, and if there wearing a potleaf shirt n have a beard, they are indeed an undercover cop
I saw 4 undercover this week we have a lot here in ffx i only noticed 4 probably alot more. One dude was rollin in a hummer a light coffee color. One had a nice mustang all black with a nice spoiler. One was just an intrepid and the last one was a Malibu

WTF? All the undercover/detective Fairfax cars I have seen are plain Ford Crown Victorias. I have seen the State Police with plain Chevy Impalas and Dodge Chargers.
a homie. Just get a job, selling weed isn't very profitable any ways. You could probably make the same or more working at McDonalds. Go to a temp agency and find a job.
Peace, Pot and Prosperity.

The hummer was near hummer rd i could see the lights inside and the officer was in uniform. The Intrepid had somebody pulled over and the malibu i was at a light and saw the lights and the officer. The mustang was near Hmart in annandale it was all black it had the a big antenna and i only got to see some front lights.
The Mustang and Hummer must have been seized vehicles used by the PD. I can't imagine anyone justifying buying a Hummer for county work.
As far as the Intrepid, I'm surprised they still have it in inventory. Usually they get rid of their cars after 75-80k miles, and Intrepid hasn't been made since early/mid 2000s.

well heres a way, get them to smoke pot. And im not talking out of a bowl or a joint, they can fake that easily. Make them take a giant bong rip, then you can be 100% sure they are not a cop.

That doesn't work and they don't have to tell you, and it's not entrapment if they don't tell you...so be very careful with that piece of advice.
Your safest route is not to sell at all but we'll assume that you don't want that route or you wouldn't be posting. Your next best bet is to sell to a "distributor". You clearly won't make as much money as if you grew/sold the stuff yourself but this minimises most risk until the police start working up the chain. The upside is that it will take a while for them to reach you as opposed to being picked off by a common drug bust to an undercover policeman.
Cops can generally do drugs to keep cover in an investigation, but they have to do all these medical checks and reams of paperwork if they do, so i am sure they are reticent to tuch that crap if they can avoid it.
I think people are a little confused about "undercover" and "unmarked"
"Undercover" officers usually don't carry their issued firearms or their badge. They are there to investigate, generate probable cause, etc. They rarely make the arrest and I'm assuming are hard to spot because of this.
Cops do NOT have to tell they are cops and your "friends" aren't going to introduce you to "friends" they will dime you out, sell you short and probably take your weed too.
"Unmarked" are uniformed cops in cars that don't have county logos on them. (i.e. the Hummer, Mustang, etc.) that were mentioned above. These are usually detectives or regular patrol vehicles used to keep a lower profile. Everyone knows what a crown vic looks like. How many times have you been doing 25 over the speed limit, come up on a crown vic (or hell, even a mercury) and slowed down to 5 under just to find some 80 year old behind the wheel...then take off again. Unmarked cars are just officers being sneaky...undercover are officers playing the game.
I also have to pee right now too...just adding to the info that no one cares about.

Don't know about that...but I have heared that if the hooker is good looking, she's a cop...run!
This guy is such a waste of a human. He has hoping to post this topic with his lame story thinking people would respond with verbal high fives. Telling him how cool he was for sticking it to the man. They probably only dropped the charges because your a low rent dealer living in your senile mothers house and the police have bigger fish to catch. They realize that someone as stupid as you doesn't have any connections to the weight distributor they are after. Either way, please move across river to Maryland with the rest of the trash.

dey have fairfax county police keychains but they try their best to hide it
nd dey be rollin up in regular cars tha best thing to dew is RUN wen someone 'different' is walkin towards you...well imm,a tagger two different things taggin nd slangin
Check out the feet. If he's wearing a pair of shoes, or even if he's barefoot then he's probably ok. If he has cloven hooves instead of feet then get running. Also look out for a pair of horns on the head. Try and go for a bald hook up. It's easier to spot.
To there is a Latino dude in Arlinton that's def working for the Feds. I was in this Honduras restaurant and dude was asking everyone where he can get some coke. Dude spoke perfect English and I saw him getting into brand new late model with all black tinted window. Now tell that dude wasnt a fed.

1) No such thing as "emmision stickers."
2) No such thing as emission stickers, either.
3) As for inspection stickers, cop cars have them too.
4) True undercover cop cars won't have official plates on them.
So, basically your entire post is a stinking pile of shit.

Can you cite a legal reference that authorizes a police officer to consume illegal drugs?

WOW your crazy you admit your selling shit. Get out of the business and then the only thing you have to do is watch out while your driving like everyone else.

I am an undercover cop in Fairfax County and haven't made any busts lately. How are people figuring out not to sell tome?
Best to just avoid anything that would put you in a position of breaking the law, Get a new career and a new group of friends.
If you feel that you must continue your current endeavors you need to arm yourself with education.
Go to college If you can't or wont spend the money to take classes you deserve to be caught as what you are.
Take courses on psychology and behavioral analytics, lie detection procedures, interrogation tactics. these courses are generally offered to administration of justice majors.
Then finally, learn business, take management, distribution, economics.Once you have studied real business learn about piracy and the practices of cartels.
Then you might understand why you deserve what you get because you put yourself out on the street.
otherwise its your own fault for not knowing whats good for you.
Ok this is a heads up to all the people that are worried about getting busted. There is a sting operation being conducted by local and federal police involving narc uc officers. I got a reliable tip from someone on the inside. This covers, Fairfax, Arlington, Alex, DC, PG county and Montgomery County. The Feds is speerheading and if u get cought you'll be charged by the Feds an be doing Fed Time. Stay away from anything in the next weeks cuz it's 2 week long operation. Good Luck.

You will not serve federal time if it's not a crime that can be punished for it.

Illiteracy at its best! no go smoke some more K2 and and rub some tiger balm on your package! You must be trying to sound smart!
First off 'a homie', im sorry youve been treated so poorly in this thread. You have provided us with a high level of entertainment, I would like to thank you for that.
Second to answer your question; Yes Fairfax County Police utilizes undercover officers for a variety of jobs, one of which includes arresting small time dealers selling to them.
The best strategy for this situation would be to stop selling drugs. It is clear from your history that you have had many narrow escapes. In this line of work, to be successful you need an above average level of intelligence and 'street smart' to avoid some of the dangers involved. You have demonstrated that neither skill are an ingrained feature in your repertoire as a dealer and such you should seek out an alternative line of work.
"You posted on this site. Which used a I.P address which can easily be trailed or traced. You're a ratard"
You implying that a fine upstanding police officer would be interested in exacting revenge upon someone who expressed their opinion over investigating criminal activity or issuing a traffic/speeding citation during daylight hours
There is a guy who goes by the name of 'Mohammed Suahaili Al.Bashir'. He sells pills and other prescription drugs and no one does anything about him. He is from another country has been in trouble with the law numerous times.
Why isn't he behind bars for selling to underage H.S kids? Could someone please tell me? Thanks.
My next door neighbor is an undercover drug cop in FFX. He has an ear ring, tats and drives a late model pickup trump with a tool box in the back. Would never know in looking at him and he doesn't even know I am growing weed in my basement - lol!

Possibly years ago Atlanta had the dumbest police dept ever.
The license plates on the undercover cars were GFN-NNN.
Georgia Federal Narcotics. Very brilliant.
But then again they had Lester Maddux as Governor.

The cops are always surrounded by donut crumbs. donut crumbs in their hair. donut crumbs in their beard. donut crumbs in their car. donut crumbs in their pant cuffs.
most cops just use Confidential Informants (CI), or losers they busted for small stuff and are willing to rat their seller out to stay out of jail. Note their seller is usually their friend or ex-friend after an argument and soon someone gets busted. They setup controlled buys with a seller. Try to record the conversation and photocopy the bills, so when they bust the seller and find the bills on them with matching serial numbers, you're fucked. They might do this a couple times, before cops come out of the woodwork after the deal is finished.
Then once the seller is busted - the circle starts again - become a CI or go to jail.
Busted? For small time drug felonies, most places don't even check backgrounds further back then 7 years anymore or even care about drug offenses and the governor will give you your rights back after 5 years - if he/she is a DEmocrat.
Be smart - private use and small buying/selling among close friends is recommended.
Confidential Informers (rats) are easy to identify if you, the seller, do your due diligence, and maintain tabs on the people you sell to. Know their habits and their avg dollar amounts they buy, and their meeting behavior.
Once busted, the CI in order to BUST you, must SETUP a controlled buy - this means a lot of people all have to be available at the given time and place to participate in the bust. This is not always so easy. They also want the bust to be a BIG BUY to make charges and time worth it.
Buyers that call a lot, call from different phones, discuss too many details (because they are recording you), and want to setup appointments and keep cancelling (because the cops cannot be there), are CIs. Why would this buyer suddenly be getting so detailed and scheduled oriented? Oh yeah, suddenly they want to buy $1000 worth instead of their usual $100 every couple weeks.
use your head! Greed will mess you up. Be nice to your buyers and don't piss them off either. Make quick fast times, only you should call, show up on time, and get out.
