It's the loading docks, maintenance areas, etc. I've been in there several times and it's nothing special- just the bowels of the building.

no. that's the new off-ramp to i66 made specially for county workers

you didn't know they'd spend anything to install shit just to make their personal commute easier for county workers? then you don't know those bitches very well.

(btw: unchecked photos of infrastructure like bridges ARE illegal. don't know if anyone cares about google. but austrailia will still sue you if you show pictures of their secret island: hidden by google btw)

One of the largest oil companies in the world has been hiring illegal aliens and killing them when their shift is over. What you are looking at is the entrance to the underground crypts where they dispose of the bodies. It is part of the subterranean network linking Exxon, a field near Pohick Church, the high-risk detention facility at Ft. Belvoir, and Filmdex.
