anyone know why west potomac high school is on lockdown

About 20 minutes ago a teacher called me from west potomac to ask if I knew why they were on lockdown. I can find nothing on tv. Anyone know?

Yeah, I'm a student at West Potomac and I was there for the whole thing. Supposedly some dude shot up a bank or something (maybe he just robbed it, I don't know) and instead of having a getaway car or something, he tried getting away on foot. At like about 12:50, someone said that they saw him on campus close to the Springbank Arts Center. Naturally the whole school went black and every cop and their cousin came to the school. We were on lockdown for about an hour and twenty minutes, while cops, dogs, and choppers were swarming the vicinity looking for him. They supposedly caught him and cleared the area. I hope this motherfucker gets what he deserves. The hell is he thinking, cutting through a school?

This same guy has robbed the same place five times. Let's hope they caught him. That has to have the best surveillance equipment ever, which is why they have such great images. Oh well, if he gets away, he will be back.
