Oh how I loath the DMV
Posted by: juicy ()
Date: September 28, 2013 06:57PM

I want to become part of the DMV. I plan to slowly work my way up in the business. ..learning the secrets...financial stability of the whole cooperation...how they all have no souls and lack any amount of common sense or genuine feeling...and then, as I am promoted to a point where ive gained enough knowledge of how it all works I will eat it alive like cancer and destroy it forever. I loath the dmv beyond comprehension.

OP its obvious your just another one of those hipster fags that live in my neighborhood. Why can't you youngsters just learn to accept the fact that you need to grow up, get a job, and actually have a career objective. There is nothing wrong with the DMV, great place to get a job.

I'm sick of tired of all you cutting edge hipsters with the piercings and tattoos who think they can be successful with a associates degree in philosophy. Sitting there all day complaining about the "souless" and "pretentious" people in thier BMWs and Mercedes Benzs. People who are successful like to buy nice things---deal with it. Get a degree that is actually useful or stay in community college and major in a skilled trades job.

If I can't get the job done online, I'll go to the DMV. I've found them quick and efficient. Of course, I have my necessary paperwork ready and i don't waste my time or theirs asking stupid questions.

Avoiding weekends, lunchtime and the end of the month helps too.

I love this area and so do my friends. We are young and all have government paid jobs :). We like to get on 495 and race around whenever we feel like it sometimes. We have college degrees and that makes us better than you :D. Our cars are also nicer than your's. Our houses are nicer than your's. I don't even do shit at work but I make enough to lease an M6 and live in a 750k house in a upper middle class neighborhood. I hope the government never shuts down :( I don't know what I would do with myself as well as my friends.

Keep going to war to keep the petrodollar alive America!!

I avoid the one in Alexandria. I agree with your description of
The employees. Soulless creatures!

Trying to hijack such a widely used and longstanding acronym to mean something entirely different that has no effective meaning to begin with is one reason why some people can't get along with and can't get a job at the DMV.

None of you peckers would last 5 days as a DMV employee.

On your first day some overpaid Federal government desk jockey would come up to your window to re-register his BMW M6 and you would have to inform him of his DMV STOP for deliquent personal property taxes. He would argue with you about how he already paid that tax, and you should already know that. You would let him know that he has to contact the County Tax Office and they would take the electronic hold off your system, but until then there is nothing you can do. He would whip out his cell phone and in between calling you names and questioning your sexuality he would try to contact his lawyer to sue the whole gaddam every last one of you for making his life miserable. After 15 minutes of making a jackass out of himself in your line he would tell you to $*%&$ off and leave in a huff.

Your next customer would only speak Spanish, which you took 3 years of in high school, so you're good.
Your next customer only speaks Korean. You struggle through.
Your next customer speaks only Vietnamese. You hunt down a translator.
Your next customer speaks only Mongolian. Nothing gets done.

By the fifth day you quit because you can't handle the stress. You apply for a Federal desk jockey job and find out you can make 75000 per year just making useless reports and filing them away with little to no interaction with anyone. You can cut out at 2pm and take 5 weeks paid vacay and skate thru life complaining about DMV workers in your freetime.

dmv is full of foreigners using it to destroy america every day

you'll be lost in the crowd. not a very good way to vent anger.

Well done! And sadly, it's more like 100k+. And the bureaucratic asshole gets to 'work at home' (gardening). Where else could you get paid 100k to do absolutely nothing except scream at the contractors who do all your work for you - while disparaging how lazy they are?

In my experience, most DMV workers do the best they can under the circumstances. If it were me, I'd want to do serious bodily harm by the time the fifth non-English speaker in a row showed me his completely inadequate paperwork. How these people can muster a halfway adequate smile is beyond me. You couldn't pay me enough to do that job.

4 years ago I met this cool chick waiting in the lobby to get her tags and such. She just moved here from Texas, so she had this twang in her voice that was so sweet.

She told me how she had not made any friends yet, so I asked her to lunch when we were done. That is when this real mean bitch came over to me and told me to stay away from her and to keep my legs crossed. It was a super hot day, and my skirt rode up my legs as we talked. This mean bitch was the head processor at the DMV in Tysons Corner, and had a track record for hitting on the cute girls.

We both got so mad that we got up and went into the girls restroom. Once inside we ate each others pussies.

He paperwork got done before mine, and she left, and I never saw her again.

That big bitch at the Tysons Corner DMV wrecked everything.
