Question just like the topic- where can I buy hemp papers in fairfax?
I don't want to buy a bong or a bowl- just a shop that sells hemp rolling papers-
Preferably near the city of fairfax-

Handacco tobacco or Raceway, both in Manassas most likely sells them. I can't think of a single place in Fairfax county that carries the specialty items.
