While it isn't a Tippy's Taco, I'm not too sure what to make of that. I've been by it 1,000 times, but never stopped in for a bite ... or, for something that might bite me back. Quite often, you'll see just 1 or 2 cars in the parking lot. Also, I think their hours are a bit odd. Certainly, they're not open until 3:00 a.m. like Taco Bell. Maybe, you should take $6.00 or $7.00 and head over for some lunch and give it a try.

Now, a question for the others about Tippy's Taco. I've had their food on more than one occasion. In each case, I never had to commit the rest of the day in the restroom. But, I'm curious which place would do more potential damage to your digestive tract and colon? Tippy's or Taco Bell?

While the place doesn't look so hot, its been there forever and the food is great. A piece of advice though, call in ahead of time to order, then pick it up, otherwise you'll be waiting.

As for why people spend the day in the bathroom after eating at Tippy's here's why...

^^ California Burrito is our favorite. Place has been around for over 20 years and always good. Used to visit often while residing in Centreville. Haven't been there in a while and now craving it. Time for a quick road trip from Annandale!

It's been around longer than that. We were going to El Taco back in the late 70's, so at least 30 years.

I was just there this weekend and damn it was better than ever. Sure the place looks like a shithole, but man the food is GREAT! They did something different with the burritos this time and they taste fucking awesome.

Its no five star restaurant but its damn good food. If youre not a pretentious NOVA prick try it out sometime.

don't dare eat there, friends have told me it causes the worst intestinal pain, sat with my friend as he ate there, He shit his pants running to the bathroom. also they have some of the weirdest roaches, they are mostly white with red spots.
