Multiple Heroin Charges Placed
Against Fairfax Man

McLean Police District –Fairfax County Police detectives charged a 33-year-old Fairfax Station man with four counts of distribution of heroin on Wednesday, June 22. The arrest took place at the Vienna Metro station around 5 p.m. amidst crowds of evening commuters.

Garrett R. Acker of 8309 Tabor Lane had allegedly met and sold heroin to undercover narcotics detectives on four occasions during a two month period. During this period, there were several grams purchased and delivered to the officers. Undercover detectives told Acker that the drugs would be distributed to Fairfax County juveniles.
